I would like to thank all of the NuBody staff and members. You guys Rock. The
experience there is unlike any gym I ever attended. The atmosphere the trainers
and members have created is incredible. I really cannot say enough about the
members so far I have
not ran into any MEAT Heads. All I have seen is encouragement and motivation. I
started from zero exercise 3 weeks ago. There was a consultation before I
started and this info was passed on to the trainers so they knew where I needed
to start. There is no way I would get as much from myself in an hour workout at
a regular gym. I do not have to try and create a work out plan and
subconsciously try to compete with everyone in the gym. Doing it that way only
equals failure and disappointment. I would like to say to anyone that keeps
telling yourself, I want to be in better shape. NuBody is the place to start.
